Intercede for the coalition troops and police serving in Baghdad and throughout Iraq. Ask the Lord to protect them.
Pray that Americans would place their faith and trust in Jesus Christ, not in our nation's military or economic strength.
Pray that President Bush, Vice President Cheney, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi would seek and follow the Lord's guidance as they make decisions that impact the future of our nation.
Lift up the Middle East Peace Conference that President Bush has called for this Fall, asking the Lord to oversee its development and planning so that His will is done.
Continue to pray that godly candidates would emerge as leaders in the presidential race.
Pray that Christians throughout America and the world would model Christ's love and live lives of integrity and honor.
